A few common questions.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Early arrivals are welcome to leave bags and start the coast walk before the room is ready; a late checkout to 1pm is often possible if you ask at breakfast.

Do you allow pets?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Cottage Rooms for a $40 flat fee. Please let us know ahead of arrival so we can set you up in a ground-floor room close to the garden.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to seven days before arrival. Inside that window, the first night is charged — though we'll issue a full refund if we're able to rebook the room.

Is breakfast really included?

Every morning, for every guest, no upcharge. It's as much a part of staying here as the bed is — seated, local-first, and served from 8 to 10.

Is there a minimum stay?

Two nights on weekends and holidays; one night is fine midweek, though most guests wish they'd stayed longer.
